Did a pickup order today, ribs were tender and the sauce is well balanced. Food had flavour without being overly smokey. I liked the ribs more than camp 31, juicier.

Pat and I first went to the Crazy Canuck Smokehouse to check out their offering for the United Way Burger Wars. We had a look at the menu and decided a return trip was definitely required. We went in deliberately to order the Canuck Feast. We don't eat left overs, they planned overs. We really enjoyed the feast, coleslaw, baked beans, mac & cheese. Smoked meats, ribs, chicken, pulled pork, they were out of brisket, so they doubled up on the pulled pork. 2 evening's before we were in the Caroline's enjoying BBQ where it started. It was a tough act to follow. We finished off the chicken the next day. Froze enough for 3 more meals. To be fair, we are seniors not into eating massive meals. We can stretch and savor multiple times with a few ad ins. We will be back.

If I could rate 6 stars I would! I got the pulled pork sammie and was really impressed. The pork was super tender and packed with flavor—smoky with just a hint of sweetness, not dry at all. The bun was soft and slightly sweet, which balanced the richness of the meat extremely well. I had fries and gravy on the side and honestly, the gravy might’ve been my favorite part. It was thick, savory, and full of depth—perfect for dipping. The whole meal felt really well thought out, nothing lazy or generic about it. I will most definitely be back!

I really liked this place. Service is outstanding. Family environment. Everything is delicious. You can feel the love and dedication on every bite.I have been a couple of times and I will probably become a regular. The price is fair. The food quality and flavor are great. We celebrated a friend's birthday the other day. They made us feel very welcome and helped us with arrangements for the celebration. If you like smoky, juicy, tender meat, this is your place. Warning: you might become addicted to their delicious menu!

I came here for the first time today on Father's Day 2025, people were stopping in every 10 or 15 minutes to get their take out orders and they were all in and out in no time. Meanwhile, the staff was friendly and patient with our party being first time guests and they did a great job helping us through the questions we had about the menu. The chicken wings were well done and the buffalo chicken sauce was very good. The macaroni and cheese was quite tasty and very filling. Our group shared some of their beef brisket and pulled pork as well. The brisket had a nice dark crust that didn't taste burnt at all with a deep smoke ring that was clear evidence of the deep smokey flavour in the very moist and super tender beef that came in every bite. The pulled pork followed suit with fantastic smokey flavour and tenderness while still being very succulent and the sauce on top didn't seem very spicy at all. We also had some of their delicious cornbread muffins. They were the sweet kind of cornbread that isn't always easy to find without being so tender that it fell apart when you cut them open and try to eat them I went with the mushroom and swiss burger with fries as my side; the burger was hand made and seasoned just right to let the taste of the beef come through as much as the well cooked mushrooms and swiss cheese and the bun was soft and slightly sweet which helped offset the savory flavours of the rest of the burger. The french fries looked like they were cut on site from whole potatoes with the skin on and had that fluffy interior that you don't always get with crisp fries and they had just enough salt on them that you could taste it was there without being overpowering.

We went to Smokehouse BBQ last night for their wing night special of 1 per wing. The wings are a great size and I ordered them tossed in Buffalo sauce. Came with carrots, celery, and ranch dressing to dip. My friend ordered a side of French fries and I tried some. The French fries were nicely cooked crisp and were tossed in a nice seasoning. The sell beer in the can and have a several different beer available. It's a small restaurant with about 8 tables or so. It's newly renovated and looks nice inside. Bathrooms are also clean. The service is great and the staff are friendly. I would come back again for their wing special and I'm also curious to try some of their other food.

Had the smoked brisket sammie at Crazy Canuck’s Smokehouse and it was excellent. The brisket was smoked just right—tender with a good bark and plenty of flavor without being overly greasy. It was served on a soft yellow sweet bread bun, which added a nice contrast to the savory meat without overpowering it. The fries on the side were crisp and well-seasoned, clearly made fresh. I added the gravy, and that ended up being a highlight—rich, smooth, and deeply flavorful. Easily the best gravy I’ve had in a long time. Great balance across the whole plate, no weak spots.

We finally decided to stop here for dinner after driving by previously and thinking we really needed to eat here. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and made sure to take our drink order right away. My husband and i decided to try the vegetarian nightmare platter (comes with pork ribs, pulled pork and a 1/4 chicken) giving us a chance to try multiple items. We swapped out the pulled pork for the brisket for a small up charge and opted for the fries as our second side to go along with the beans. We also added on a small coleslaw to share and enjoy with our meal. It did not take long for our meal to arrive even though the restaurant was busy with pick up orders. The food was delicious, so much that we dove into the platter before I could take a pic. All of the meat was fall off the bone and the beans were some of the best I had ever eaten. The fries were perfectly salted and were freshly cut which is always the best way to have a fry. We will definitely be back and can”t wait to try the wings and corn bread next time.
